59 years old, died at his home on West A street, north of Cardin Oklahoma, this morning at 6:30 o'clock. He was a veteran of World War I and had been a hard rock lead and zinc miner in this area for many years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maude Williams; three daughters, Mrs. Harold Feagin of Picher Oklahoma, and Bessie Williams and Betty Jo Williams of the home; a son, Lloyd Stuckey of Los Angeles California, and three grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Mitchelson funeral home.

Funeral services for Monte Williams, 59 year old former miner and World War I veteran who died at his home near Picher Tuesday will conducted Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at the Union church in Picher. The Rev. Mrs. Harry Craig will officiate. Pallbearers will be members of the American Legion post of Picher. Burial will be in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami under direction of the Mitchelson funeral home.
