Thorp, John

age 79, died at the home of his son John Thorp, Jr., on Olive street, Wednesday, of cancer. Funeral services occurred Thursday at 11 o'clock, Rev. Jerry Hubbard officiating. Burial followed at the city cemetery. Four children survive him, three of whom live here.
