59 years old, died at his home in northwest Picher at 9 a.m. today. A veteran of World War I, he had worked in the Tri-State mining district for several years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Rose Skiver of the home; a son, Bill Skiver of Idaho Falls, Ida.; a daughter, Mrs. Pauline Comba, address unknown; three stepsons, Charlie Dearinger and Ralph Dearinger, both of Picher, and Gale Dearinger of Sidney, Australia; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Angeline Sappington of Cardin, Mrs. Margarete Brookshire of Picher and Mrs. Lola France of Picher; two sisters, Mrs. Maude Paine of Konawa, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Rose Barnes of Los Angeles, Calif., and three brothers, Charlie, Bert and Jack Stiver, all of Mountain Home Arkansas. Funeral services will be announced by the Durnil Funeral home.

Funeral services for Levi Skiver, 59 year old Picher miner, will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Durnil chapel. The Rev. W. H. Hawes will officiate. Skiver, a World War I Veteran, died at his home in northwest Picher, at 9 o'clock Monday morning. Burial will be G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, where military services will be conducted by the Picher post of the American Legion. Durnil funeral home is in charge.
