Perry, residing at G street northeast, received official notice thorough the war department Wednesday night of the death of her son, Floyd Perry, who died soon after the 1918 crossing, of influenza. Floyd Perry died Oct 2, 1918, but it was not until more that five months later that Mrs. Perry received official notice of her son's death.
