Picher Oklahoma. Oscar Marshall, 40 years old, veteran of the World war and a hard rock lead and zinc miner of the Picher vicinity, died at 2 o'clock today in the Veteran's hospital at Muskogee Oklahoma, where he was taken three weeks ago. The body will be returned tonight by the Durnil funeral home. Marshall lived with his mother, Mrs. Alberta Marshall, 528 South Netta street, Picher. Marshall's father, Joe Marshall, lives near Baxter Springs Kansas. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Assembly of God church at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. The pastor, the Rev. J. O. Highfill, will officiate. Military rites will be conducted by the Picher post of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars organization. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of the Durnil funeral home.
