22 year old former serviceman from Miami, died at 8:45 pm Saturday at Veterans' hospital in sulphur Oklahoma. his parents are Mr. and Mrs. Vearl Hopkins, 2300 A street northeast. funeral services will beheld at the cooper funeral home chapel at Miami at 2 pm Tuesday with the Rev. John Elliott of Fairland Oklahoma officiating. Pallbearers will be members of Miami's Veterans of Foreign Wars past. the VFW will conduct military services at G.A.R. cemetery. Hopkins a veteran of World War II, also is survived by three brothers, Rodney Hopkins, Billy Roy Hopkins and Larry Hopkins, and a sister, Anna Marie Hopkins, all of the home.
