Grist, Pate L.

Private Grist, age 36, died late Tuesday at Sheppard Field Texas. He was inducted last September from Commerce Oklahoma, and formerly was employed by an oil company at Scammon Kansas. Private grist was a member of the Masonic lodge. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Grist, and his mother, Mrs. Maggie Grist; and a brother, Lawrence Grist, all of Commerce. Funeral arrangement are incomplete.

Funeral services for Pvt. Pate L. Grist, 35, will be at Commerce. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Inez Evans of Carte Madre California. Burial at G.A.R. cemetery, Miami, under direction of the Cooper funeral home, Miami.
