Freeman, Z. P.

age 97, a Civil War veteran died Monday, Aug 5, 1935, at the home of his daughter Mrs. Nina Diddea of Vliet Kansas. He was the Father of Charles J. Freeman of Miami, who died here several weeks ago. Short services were conducted at Miami at 10 o'clock this morning at the G.A.R. cemetery. The Rev. T. W. Meadow officiated. Pallbearers were R. W. Hulsman, W. R. Kreeger, R. L. Campbell, E. F. Bedell, J. J. Sprinkle, and O. W. Widdick. Burial was under the direction of Cooper undertaking company.
