William E. "Dick" Fraley, 63 of 119 North Cherry, Commerce, died at 9:45 am Thursday in the Veterans Administration hospital Oklahoma City, where he had been a patient since May. Mr. Fraley, born Jul 8, 1903, had lived in Commerce since 1914. He was a retired miner and lumber dealer and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Brody of Oklahoma, California; a brother, Fred Fraley, Joplin Missouri; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Groom, San Francisco California; a step-son, Truman Jones, Miami; three step-daughters, Mrs. Orville Mitchell and Mrs. Mike Mowery, both of Glide Oregon, and Mrs. Ruth Adams, Roseburg Oregon; nine step-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren.
