Browning, Alfred Leon

Funeral services for Private First Class Alfred Leon Browning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Browning of Treece Kansas, who was killed in action on a European battlefield on Oct 6, 1944, will be held at the First Baptist church in Picher Oklahoma at 2:30 pm, Tuesday. The Rev. C. J. Mallet will officiate. The American Legion post of Picher will be in charge of the services. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami under direction of the Godson-Durnil funeral home.
