born Apr 27, 1923, to David Billups and Lena Edwards Billups at Sperry Oklahoma. He moved to the Afton/Bluejacket Oklahoma area in 1928 and to Miami in 1943. He attended school in Afton. A veteran, he seved in the U.S. Army during World War II. Worked for the B.F. Goodrich company in Miami for 41 years, retiring in 1986 as a department manager in Department 8060. Married Ava Maxine Schultz on Sep 14, 1942, in Afton, she survives. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
