Zackary, Lee A.

Funeral services for Lee A. Zackary, a pioneer Tri-State district miner, will be conducted at 2 pm Monday at the Church of Christ, 124 B Street northwest. Lawrence Williams, pastor of the Timber Hill Church of Christ, west of Miami, and Bobby Key, local pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of the Cooper funeral home. Mr. Zackary, 87, died Friday night at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kelton, 828 D Street northwest with whom he had lived the past 10 years. Mr. Zackary was active in lead and zinc mining in the Picher field following World War I. Other survivors include a son, Ishmaul Zackary, and a daughter, Mrs. W. H. Niksch, both of Bluejacket Oklahoma; two brothers, J. Z. Zackary, Greenwood Arkansas and John Zackary, Denning Arkansas; a sister, Mrs. Hartley Love of Clarksville Arkansas; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Paul Cottam, Gilbert Green, P. L. Wheeler, Steve Cantrell, Olin Davee and Dennis Green.
