48 years old, died early yesterday morning at his home at Sixth and Picher Streets, Picher Oklahoma. Besides his wife, Mrs. Agnes Woods, he is survived by one son and two daughters. The funeral will be held at the Baptist church at 1 this afternoon. Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery at Joplin Missouri, under the direction of the Todd undertaking company, Picher.
