37 years old, a miner and resident of Monarch Kansas for the last 15 years, died at his home there at 2:30 o'clock this morning after a brief illness. Death was attributed to an attack of pneumonia. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Woodcock, one son, Lloyd Kenneth Woodcock; two brothers, Earl Woodcock of Monarch of Joe Woodcock of Granby Missouri; and two half- sisters, Mrs. Will Parker of Diamond Missouri, and Mrs. Tom Hood of California. Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning at the Treece Kansas, Methodist church. The Rev. C. E. Hoole will officiate. Body will then be taken to Granby, where final rites will be held at 2 p.m. in the Baptist church. The Reverend Mr. Campbell will officiate. Burial will be in Granby cemetery under direction of the Todd undertaking company of Picher Oklahoma.
