Ted is a pretty good wheelbarrow pusher, but he does need a vehicle with air wheels and a helper to lay planks for him. Couldn't that be arranged, Henry? Ted says the air wheels would be mighty nice for whenever one went flat he could roll the wheel into George Humble's office and when he was ready for it he would always find it inflated.
