A hard rock lead and zinc miner, died Jun 22, 1923, age 37, at the Picher Oklahoma hospital at 2:30 this morning from pneumonia. A veteran, he served in World War I and was a member of the American Legion. The body is at the parlors of the Green-Stephens undertaking company awaiting the arrival of two sisters, Mrs. Flossie Fitzjohn of Lawton Oklahoma....[other sister's name missing] of Chetopa Kansas. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Note: Didn't find a follow up.
