Wilson, John W.

Funeral services for John W. Wilson, 71 years old, a resident of Ottawa county Oklahoma for many years, were held at the Hoskins chapel in Baxter Springs Kansas at 10 o'clock this morning. The Rev. H. Ellis Ogden, pastor of the First Baptist church in Baxter Springs, was in charge. Burial was in the Carterville Missouri cemetery. Mr. Wilson, who died at 6 o'clock Sunday morning in the Columbus hospital, had lived in Baxter Springs about 25 years. He had been a driller in the Tri-State mining field. He is survived by several sisters and a brother.
