42, a well known miner of this district, died at 4 this morning at the Frisco rooms, 217? Connell avenue, Picher Oklahoma. He had been ill for more than a year, but his condition was not considered serious until a few days ago. Surviving relatives include a wife, and five children at Webb City Missouri. The body was taken to Webb City, where funeral services will be held Friday under auspices of the Steele undertaking company. The deceased was formerly ground boss at Picher Mine No.19 and Picher Mine No. 20.
