Wells, Jim F.

79 year old retired miner, died in a rest home at 111 F Street southeast, Miami, at 4:15 a.m. today following a long illness. He had been in the rest home for the past six to seven years. Survivors include a son, Louis Wells of Goodman Missouri. The body was received by the Miami funeral home. Arrangements for services and burial are incomplete.

Graveside rites for Jim F. Wells, 79 year old retired miner, were conducted at G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, Saturday afternoon. The Rev. Oscar Fontaine, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated. Burial was under direction of the Miami funeral home. Wells died in a rest home at 111 F Street southeast Thursday.
