Baxter Springs Kansas Weaver, 51 year old miner, died at his home south of here at 11 o'clock Thursday night. Weaver had been a miner of the Tri-State district for many years and was recently employed at the Mary Jane Mine. He is survived by his wife, Mary Belle Weaver; one son, Fred Weaver of the home and a step-son, Richard Lee of New Mexico; two sisters, Mrs. Lena McMurn of St. Louis, Mrs. Williams of Okeman, and his mother, Mrs. Phoebe Robinson of Okemah. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock a Webb City Missouri undertaking parlor. The Lane funeral home of Miami is in charge.

Mrs. Phoebe Robinson and Mrs. Ruby Williams have returned to Okemah Oklahoma, having been called here by the death of the former's son, Elbert 'Curley' Weaver, who died May 31 at the Mary Jane Mine, east of Picher. Weaver was buried in Webb City Missouri cemetery.
