34 years old, died at 3 yesterday afternoon at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Watson, in the northwest part of Picher Oklahoma. Death resulted after an illness of three months. Mr. Watson was last employed at the LaSalle Mine. Besides his parents, he is survived by a son, Spencer Watkins, a daughter, Margaret Watkins, at home; five brothers, Joe Watkins, Charles Watkins, Erman Watkins, Vester Watkins and Wilbur Watson, and one sister, Mrs. Lela Woodin, all of Picher. The funeral will be held at the Blue Front church in Treece Kansas at 2:30 o' clock tomorrow afternoon. The Rev. James Posey of Treece will officiate. Pallbearers will be Steve Johnson, Floyd Garrout, Fred Davis, Arthur Walker, Frank Duncan and Esper Beaury. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of the Green undertaking company at Picher.

Funeral services for Ben Watson, 34 years old, who died Sunday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Watson, in the northwest part of Picher, were conducted at the Blue Front church in Treece at 2:30 this afternoon. The Rev. James Posey of Treece officiated. Burial was in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of the Todd undertaking company, Picher.
