55, a resident of Picher Oklahoma for the past 35 years, died at his home early Monday morning. Survivors include 13 children, nine still at home. Ware was a hard rock lead and zinc miner and a member of the Holiness church in Douthat Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Mittie Ware; seven daughters, Dora May Ware, Delores Ware, Mary Ware, Nancy Ware and Roberta Ware, all of the home; Mrs. Everett McBride, Treece Kansas, and Mrs. Charles Searcy, Richmond California; six sons, Johnnie Ware, Clell Dean Ware, Jackie Ray Ware and Charles Ware of the home; Buddy Ware, Eola Illinois, and Clayton Ware, Jr., Newcumberland Pennsylvania. Other survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Mable Hunt, Picher; Mrs. Effie Thompson, Pryor Oklahoma, and Mrs. Mary Harvey, Globe Arizona, and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced by the Thomas funeral home.
