Ward, Christopher

a Treece Kansas miner, died at 5:30 this morning at his home. He was a veteran of World War I. Funeral services are incomplete. Durnil funeral home, Picher, is in charge.

Funeral services for Christopher F. Ward, Treece Kansas, miner and World War I veteran, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Baptist church in Cardin. The Rev. Richard Dareing will officiate. Ward died Monday morning at his home. Pallbearers will be John Blair, Jess Jones and Albert Jones, Raymond Long, Orval Harris and August Sweeten. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of Durnil funeral home, Picher.
