Vinita Oklahoma, died Saturday, Jun 12, 1999, at Craig county Oklahoma General Hospital. He was 93. He was born on Aug 8, 1905, in Shawnee, Indian Territory, Oklahoma, to Joe H. Waller and Eva Williams Waller. He was a farmer and a ranch manager with Gains Brothers Cattle Company for a number of years. He also worked for Eagle-Picher Mining Company, at Root Manufacturing Company in Baxter Springs Kansas. After his retirement he worked for the Vinita Country Club. He married Ruth Virginia Speer on Sept 2, 1925, at Miami. She survives, of the home. He was preceded in death by both parents, and a son Ralph Edward Waller. Additional survivors include two daughters, Ruby Esther Huxall and husband J. R. Huxall, Miami, and Roberta Velda Duncan and husband Jim Duncan, Tulsa Oklahoma, and 10 grandchildren. The service will be at 2 pm Tuesday at the Luginbuel funeral chapel with the Rev. Lloyd Carder officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be his grandsons. A visitation will be from 7 to 8 pm Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kelso Faith Baptist Church. Burial at the Bluejacket Oklahoma cemetery.
