69 years old, 532 South Netta Street, Picher Oklahoma, a pioneer resident of Picher and a former member of the city council, died at a local hospital about 7 o'clock yesterday morning. Mr. Tinsley had been in failing health for some time. Besides his wife, Mrs. Elta F. Tinsley, he is survived by five children, six grandchildren, five brothers and one sister. The children are Otis B. Tinsley of Kansas City and Mrs. Cora Baker of Picher, by a former marriage; and Ralph Tinsley and Erma May Tinsley, at home, and Mrs. Lee Glee Hicks of Picher. The brothers are P. A. Tinsley of Coffeyville Kansas; I. W. Tinsley of Murray Utah; John L. Tinsley of Miller county Missouri, and J. B. Tinsley of Los Angeles, and the sister is Mrs. Stella Freligh of Los Angeles. Before locating in Picher Mr. Tinsley resided in Miller county Missouri, many years. Funeral services will be held at Brumley Missouri, at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning. Burial will be in the Gott cemetery, near Brumley, under the direction of the Green undertaking company.

The body of W. C. Tinsley, 69 years old, 532 South Netta Street, Picher who died Sunday, will be taken to Brumley Missouri, today. Funeral services will be held at Brumley at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning and burial will be in the Gott cemetery, near Brumley. The Green undertaking company of Picher, will be in charge of the funeral.
