52 years old, a shoveler at the Hawkeye Mine, died suddenly this morning while on his way to work. Death was attributed to heart trouble and occurred when Thornberry and two fellow workmen, H. H. Helley and Charles Berry, were passing through the Premier Mining Company lease. Thornberry was married and had a large family. His home was at Hartford Arkansas. He boarded at 165 South Picher Street, Picher Oklahoma He was said by Berry, who had known him since a young man, to have always appeared to be in the best of health. The body is at the Green undertaking parlors at Picher. No funeral arrangements will be made until the relatives are heard from.
