54, a miner, living at 930 North Netta Street in Picher Oklahoma, died early this morning at the Picher hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ada Thompson; six sons, Clifford Thompson, Ralph Thompson and Virgil Thompson of the armed forces, Eugene Thompson, Earl Thompson and Charles Thompson of Picher; three daughters, Mrs. C. L. Stivers of Peoria Oklahoma; Miss Bennie Louise and Miss Kay Frances Thompson of the home; five sisters, Mrs. Bessie Arnold of Climax Springs Missouri; Mrs. Ruth Hardy of Buffalo Missouri; Mrs. Mollie Arnold of Tulsa Oklahoma and a Mrs. Edith and Mrs. Mary Frances of Tulsa, whose last names were unknown at press time; three brothers, Michael Thompson of Murphy Oklahoma, William Thompson and John Thompson of the armed forces, and three grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Durnil funeral home, Picher.
