76, of Sunland California, formerly of the Picher-Douthat Oklahoma area, died at 5:15 pm Wednesday in a California hospital. He was a native of Arkansas and moved to California in 1946. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ruth Teague of the home; one son John Teague, Jr., Pacoima California; three daughters, Mrs. Donna Lou Golligugh, Sun Valley California, Mrs. Barbara Whitemore, Hartford Kansas and Mrs. Lena Albeck, Newbury Park, California and 11 grandchildren. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. Dorothy Smotherman and Mrs. Madge Davis, both of Picher. Services and burial will be in California. He was a former hard rock lead and zinc miner.

Donna Lou Teague Gollihugh - In 1947, John Teague and Ruth Teague moved their family, Donna Lou Teague, Barbara Teague, John Joe Teague and Lena Teague, from Picher Oklahoma to southern California. Donna Lou returned this year with her husband, Tom Gollihugh of Moorpark California. She visited classmates she hadn't seen in 54 years... Accompanying them to the airport in Tulsa Oklahoma was one of Donna's closest friends, Joy "Perky" Edens Varley of Salt Lake City Utah, who had also returned to Picher for the reunion.
