71 years old, a retired Picher Oklahoma lead and zinc miner, died at Miami Baptist hospital at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. He had formerly lived in Cardin Oklahoma. Survivors include a brother, Joe B. Swift of St. Paul Minnesota. Services will be announced by the Goodson-Durnil funeral home, Picher.

Funeral services for Charles E. Swift, 71 years old, a retired Picher miner who died at Miami Baptist hospital Wednesday night, will be conducted at the First Baptist church in Cardin at 2 p.m. Sunday. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Fell, Merrel Martin, Thurman Box, Roy Winchell, Jack Randolph and George Allen. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of the Goodson-Durnil funeral home, Picher.
