48, Picher miner, was in a critical condition at American hospital at Picher Oklahoma tonight suffering from injuries police said were received in a fight on Second Street, Picher Friday night. A Faulkner Kansas man, about 22 years old, was arrested at Columbus Kansas tonight in connection with the incident. He was brought to the city jail by Police Chief Frank Williams. Sweeten had failed to regain consciousness late tonight and hospital attendants said his condition was very grave.
