a miner, 28 years old, died at his home on North Main Street, Picher Oklahoma, at 2:30 Sunday afternoon from tuberculosis. He had been gassed several times while a soldier in France during the recent war. He was a member of the K. and L. of S. Lodge. He is survived by his wife, father, Joseph Stout, one brother, Austin Stout of Commerce Oklahoma and his mother, Mrs. Mary Stout, who resides on East Seventh Street, Joplin Missouri. He was a cousin to John Stout, chief of police at Picher. Funeral will be conducted Tuesday afternoon and burial will be in Forrest Park cemetery, Joplin.
