Stout, Claud

Picher Oklahoma. Stout, 22 years old, pleaded guilty here this morning before U. S. Jennings, justice of the peace when arraigned on a charge of stealing a quantity of wire from the Empire District Electric Company. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $30 and costs. Stout was arrested here Sunday by Major Harley Jennings and special officer Mill Woosey. Stout was alleged to have stolen approximately 200 pounds of wire.
