50 year old Picher Oklahoma miner and World War I veteran, died at 4:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at his home, 303 North Connell avenue, Picher. He had been in ill health for about seven months. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Jenette Vaughn, Webb City Missouri, and Raydean Stone of the home; two sons, Joseph Stone, Oakland California, and Dale Stone in the Navy; one sister, Mrs. Alta Stancoff, Picher; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the Goodson-Durnil chapel. The Rev. Gloyd Lukehart will officiate. Burial will be in the Baxter Springs Kansas, cemetery.
