a retired miner who had lived in Picher Oklahoma 39 years, died Saturday morning at his home, 601 South Oneida Street. He was 73 years old. Mr. Stallon, who moved to Picher from Webb City Missouri, is survived by his wife, Sarah Stallon, of the home; five daughters, Mrs. Gladys Deatherage and Mrs. Wanda Norwood, both of Globe Arizona; Mrs. Ruby Belapp, Picher; Mrs. Dorothy Morgan, Hemet California, and Mrs. Margie Worsley, Glennwood California; three sons, Albert Stallon of Salmon Well Arizona, Alonzo Stallon and Herman Stallon, both of Globe, and 21 grandchildren. Arrangements for final rites will be announced by the Thomas mortuary of Picher.

Final rites for Elmer Leroy Pete' Stallon, 73 year old retired miner, will be conducted at the Thomas mortuary chapel in Picher at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Simon Peter, pastor of the Picher Assembly of God church, will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jack Stacy, R. G. Hattabaugh, E. J. Poynter, Arthur Arnold, Wallace Hilderbrand and Ora Wright. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami. A resident of Picher 39 years, Mr. Stallon died at his home, 601 South Oneida Street, Saturday.
