Southard, Sam

53 years old, a hard rock lead and zinc miner, died Sep 9, at the Webb City Missouri hospital at 8 o'clock this morning. Surviving are one son, W. H. Southard, Ottawa Oklahoma; three daughters, Mrs. Francis Grist, Mrs. Mary Holman, and Mrs. Virginia Robinett, all of Commerce Oklahoma; three brothers, Tom Southard, Tampa Texas; George Southard, Phoenix Arizona; and Elzie Southard, Tulsa Oklahoma; and two sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Henderson, Kansas City Kansas, and Mrs. Mary Dicer, Bakersfield California The Durnil funeral home, Picher, will announce funeral arrangements.
