65 year old county miner, died about 8 o'clock this morning at a Vinita Oklahoma hospital. Smith, a resident of Douthat Oklahoma and that vicinity for 25 years, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Minnie Smith, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Powell, Wichita Kansas, and Mrs. Flossie Sharp, Quapaw Oklahoma; and two sons, Calvin Smith, Douthat Oklahoma, and Harold Smith, in the armed service. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Durnil funeral home, Picher, is in charge.

Funeral services for Frank L. Smith will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the First Baptist church at Douthat, the Rev. Bob Glasgow officiating. Burial will be made at Greenlawn cemetery in Kansas, northwest of Treece Kansas with the Durnil funeral home, Picher, in charge.
