72, passed away at 5 o'clock Monday morning at his home in Douthat Oklahoma. He was a retired hoisterman and a member of the Free Holiness church. He had lived in this area for 38 years. Surviving are two sons, Sgt. Clifford M. Scott, stationed in New York and Dutch Scott of Kansas City, a daughter, Mrs. E. A. Shupel of Las Vegas, Nevada; 3 brothers, Raymond Scott and Bert Scott of Commerce Oklahoma and Clarence Scott of Quapaw Oklahoma; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock this morning at the Free Holiness church in Douthat. The Rev. Harley Niday will officiate. Pallbearers will be Rev. Sterling Jackson, Rev. Clarence Hull, Lester Krokroskia, Bert Garrison, Francis Williams and Leonard Tyree. Burial will be in the Purcell cemetery at Purcell, Missouri, under the direction of the Thomas funeral home.
