James Roten, 38 years old, died last night at a local hospital. He was an employee at the Beck Mine. He is survived by several brothers. Funeral services will be held at the home of a brother, D. M. Roten, 520 Cox avenue, Joplin, at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery at Joplin Missouri under direction of the Todd undertaking company, Picher.
