Richardson, formerly of Picher Oklahoma, where he was employed as a miner, was convicted in the district court of stealing a motor car and sentenced to a 10-year term. Wilkie Collins, Jr. of Headrick, then a student at Oklahoma A. and M. college, Stillwater Oklahoma, was the prosecuting witness. Collins was a college athlete and had worked in the mines here during the summer to keep in condition. He purchased a used car to drive from Picher back to Stillwater. The car was stolen the day before he intended to leave. Richardson is 37 years old.
