a shoveler, about 45 years old, was stricken with heart trouble and fell while working at the mine of the Kitty Mining Company, west of Cardin Oklahoma about 3 this morning. Dr. Garlington was called and a Pulmotor applied, but the man was dead within a few minutes. The body was taken to the morgue of the Todd undertaking company at Picher Oklahoma, where an autopsy will be performed this afternoon to determine the exact cause of death. The man is said to have lived alone in Cardin.

The Todd undertaking company, Picher has failed to find any trace of the relatives of Albert Reed, a shoveler about 45 years old, who died suddenly of heart trouble while working at the mine of the Kitty Mining Company west of Cardin. The body lies in their morgue. Reed is supposed to own a farm in Canada and a dwelling at Cardin. A bank book showed that he had been depositing money with a bank at Merimack Oklahoma.

Funeral services for Albert Reed of Cardin, who died at the Kitty Mine Monday morning, were held from the chapel of the Todd undertaking company, Picher, at 1:30 this afternoon. Burial was in the Miami cemetery. The man's relatives have not been located.
