82 year old retired blacksmith, died at 7:30 o'clock this morning at the home of a sister, Mrs. H. A. Wheeling, in Cardin Oklahoma. He is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Abbie Pace, Douthat Oklahoma, and a sister Mrs. Alice Newcomb, Maywood California. Arrangements will be announced by Goodson-Durnil funeral home, Picher.

Funeral services for Jim Reed, 82 years old, will be held at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Abbie Pace, in Douthat. The Rev. D. L. Cook will officiate. The body will be taken to Oak Wood Oklahoma, for a second service at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Assembly of God church there. The Rev. Reed Parker will officiate. Nephews will be pallbearers. Burial will be in the Oak Wood cemetery under direction of Goodson-Durnil funeral home, Picher.
