70, of 520 South River Street, Picher Oklahoma, was dead upon arrival at a doctor's office in Seneca Missouri at 9:30 am today. Mr. Ramsay, a retired miner, had lived at Picher the past 35 years. A veteran, he served overseas with the Army in World War I. Surviving are three daughters, Linda Ramsay and Margaret Ramsay of the home and Mrs. Darlene Foote, Picher and a brother, Julius Caesar Ramsay of Oswego Kansas. Arrangements are pending at the Paul Thomas funeral home, Picher.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday for Charles Fred Ramsay, 70, of 520 South River Street, Picher, who died Friday. The funeral will be held in the chapel of the Paul Thomas funeral home, Picher, with the Rev. Bill Huxton of Chetopa Kansas, officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill cemetery in Chetopa Kansas, under the direction of the Paul Thomas funeral home. Military rites will be conducted at graveside.
