Pugh, Clarence

24 year old Pittsburg Kansas, man, was fined $100 and court costs this afternoon after pleading guilty before county Judge George Russell to a charge of petty larceny, reduced from grand larceny. Pugh surrendered voluntarily to Pittsburg police Tuesday after learning he was wanted in Ottawa county Oklahoma in connection with the theft of a hot water heater from the Eagle-Picher Company's Central Mill, north of Picher Oklahoma. Assistant county attorney Robert C. Lollar said Pugh was employed at the mill at the time of the theft 15 months ago.
