Nathan Morris Pritchard, a former Commerce resident, died at St. John's hospital, Joplin, this morning, he had been a patient there one week. Mr. Pritchard, was employed by Eagle-Picher Company for 15 years before retiring in 1962 and moving from Commerce to rural Joplin. He also formerly resided east of Miami. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace Pritchard; four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Davis of Jacksonville Illinois, Mrs. Ruby Trusdell and Mrs. Betty Brown, both of Joplin, and Mrs. Billie Ann Ray, Commerce; six brothers, Joe Pritchard and Otis Pritchard of Little Rock Arkansas, Lee Pritchard, Monticello Arkansas, Henry Pritchard of Texas, Miller Pritchard of Louisiana, and Reuben Pritchard, Philadelphia Pennsylvania; seven sisters, Mrs. M. A. Courtney, Mrs. Arthur Riley and Mrs. William Funderburg, all of Little Rock, Mrs. Charles Myrick, Seattle Washington, Mrs. Lela Reese, Sand Springs Oklahoma, Pearl Pritchard of California, and Mrs. Elizabeth Smith, Washington, D.C.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
