Mr Price died shortly after arriving at Miami Baptist hospital at 7:20 o'clock Monday night. He had suffered an apparent heart attack in his home in North Miami Oklahoma. A retired millman, Mr. Price had been employed with Simple Mining Company. A resident of Miami since 1913, Mr. Price moved here from Oronogo Missouri. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Gertrude Price; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Fields of Sacramento California, and Mrs. Lee Daublin of Galena Kansas; five sons, Floyd Price of Gold Run California, John E. Price and Melvin R. Price, both of Port Orchard Washington and W. F. Price and Carl Price, both of Commerce; 14 grandchildren and 13 great- grand children.
