59 year old miner and World War I veteran, died at 4 o'clock Sunday morning at his home in Quapaw Oklahoma. Survivors include one son, Robert G. Price, Hockerville Oklahoma; one stepson, Joe Mayes, South Gate California; and two sisters, Mrs. Dora Stevens, South Gate; and Mrs. Betty Barker, Naples California. Arrangements will be announced by Goodson-Durnil funeral home, Picher.

Funeral services for John Aaron Price, 59 years old, will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Goodson-Durnil chapel. The Rev. M. R. Dareing will officiate. Price, a Quapaw miner and veteran of World War I, died Sunday morning at his home. Pallbearers will be Bill Douthat, Henry Hemphill, Verl Keller, Howard Wright, Hawk Hall and A. Wofford. The Veterans of Foreign Wars post of Quapaw will hold grave side rites in the Oak Hill cemetery, near Galena Kansas.
