Carthage Missouri, Sep 12 A verdict declaring that a broken front bumper caused the accident south of Carthage Thursday resulting in the death of Hugh Poynor. Carthage Missouri, Sep 16 Mrs. Velma Bell Poynor and her son, James A. Poynor are to share equally the estate of their husband and father, Hugh Bell Poynor, well known Joplin Missouri ore buyer, who was fatally injured a week ago today in a motor car mishap south of here. The will, a Scottish Rite document, probated late yesterday named A. J. Joynor of Joplin as executor. Witnesses to the drawing of the will on January 26, 1920, were R. J. Cunningham of Miami Oklahoma and J. Thomas Collier of McAlester Oklahoma.
