45 years old, residing in the south part of Picher Oklahoma, died at a local hospital about 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. Death was attributed to paralysis. He is survived by his wife, and two children. He had been in the employ of the Golden Rod Mining and Smelting company several years. The body is at the parlors of the Todd undertaking company, Picher. The funeral will be at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery, at Miami.

The funeral of Joe Poe, 44 years old, residing in the south part of Picher, who died Thursday, will be held from the First Methodist church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The Rev. D. W. Brashear will officiate and burial will be in the Miami cemetery. The funeral will be conducted by the I. O. O. F. lodge of Cardin Oklahoma, of which he was a member. He had been in the employ of the Golden Rod Mining and Smelting company for many years. The funeral will be under the direction of the Todd undertaking company, Picher.
