40 years old, who had resided northwest of Treece Kansas, died at his home at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon. He was a miner and a member of the Pentecostal church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Pearl Pliley; one son, Billy Earl Pliley; three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Fox, Cardin Oklahoma, Dorothy Jean Pliley and Thelma Lee Pliley, at home; mother, Mrs. Edith Burt, Cardin, and one half brother, Harry Burt, Cardin. The Durnil funeral home, Picher Oklahoma, will announce the funeral arrangements.

Funeral services for William Daton Pliley will be held at the Treece Kansas, Pentecostal church at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon, the Rev. Arthur Shawgo officiating. Survivors other than those mentioned in yesterday's New Record are a brother, Lee Pliley of Hocker Oklahoma and sister, Mrs. Ethel Stephenson of Cardin. Burial will be in the Greenlawn cemetery in Kansas northwest of Treece Kansas, with the Durnil funeral home, Picher, in charge.
