Petty, Ruben Charles

59 years old, died at 10:30 o'clock Saturday night at Picher hospital, Picher Oklahoma, following a long illness. Mr. Petty was employed by the Eagle-Picher Mining and Smelting Company 12 years, during which time he had lived in Picher. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Eva Petty, 924 North Netta Street, three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Lutton of Treece Kansas, Thelma Petty and Pauline Petty, at home, and two sons, Homer Petty of Picher and Reggie Petty at home.
